Order Fulfillment & Origins

To provide you with the best variety and quality, we utilize a multi-facility fulfillment network. Depending on what you order, your items will ship from different locations:

  • Badge Reels: Handcrafted and shipped directly from our facility in Taiwan.

  • Apparel & Printed Accessories: Custom-made and shipped from our partner facilities within the United States.

Mixed Orders: If your order contains both a Badge Reel and a printed apparel item, they will ship separately from different locations. You will receive multiple tracking numbers, and the items will arrive in different packages at different times.

Order Processing Times

  • Badge Reels (Taiwan): We require 1 to 3 business days to prepare, quality-check, and dispatch your order.

  • Apparel & Printed Accessories (USA): We require 2 to 5 business days to custom-print and dispatch your order.

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes begin once the package has been handed over to the courier. Please carefully note our destination restrictions based on the products you are purchasing.

1. For Products Made in the USA (Apparel & Printed Accessories):

We ship these items to all 50 US States.

  • Continental USA: 3 to 6 business days via standard domestic shipping.

  • Alaska & Hawaii: 10 to 18 business days.

2. For Badge Reels Made in Taiwan:

We ship these items strictly to the Continental United States.

  • US West Coast (e.g., California, Washington, Oregon): 7 to 9 business days

  • Other US Regions (Midwest, South, East Coast): 8 to 10 business days

  • Alaska & Hawaii: We DO NOT ship Badge Reels to Alaska or Hawaii. If your shipping address is in AK or HI and contains a Badge Reel, that portion of your order will be automatically canceled and refunded.

General Exclusions: Regardless of the product, we currently do not ship to US Territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands) or US Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Taxes, Customs Duties, and Carriers

How taxes and customs are handled depends on where your item is shipped from.

Items Shipped from within the USA (Apparel/Accessories):

These items are shipped domestically. No customs or import duties apply. Standard state sales taxes may be applied at checkout where legally required.

Items Shipped from Taiwan (Badge Reels):

We ship these orders to the United States Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). The final price you pay at checkout includes all applicable US customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees. You will not be asked to pay any hidden import fees to the carrier upon delivery.

Important Notice Regarding US Customs for International Items:

Under current US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, all international commercial imports require customs clearance, and you legally act as the Importer of Record. For high-value orders (e.g., $800 USD or more shipped via premium carriers like FedEx), the courier or US Customs may contact you directly to request your Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax ID (EIN) strictly for legal clearance purposes. You must provide this information promptly. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, or destroyed due to a failure to provide legally required clearance information to US Customs.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Fulfillment Estimates: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the postal services and are subject to change due to weather, customs clearance, or local carrier delays. Please order well in advance if you need an item for a specific date or event.

  • Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures, delays, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address inputs.
