At this time, we exclusively ship to the United States. Depending on the products you order, here is where we deliver: Apparel & Printed Accessories: We ship to all 50 US States (including Alaska and Hawaii). Handcrafted Badge Reels: We ship to the Continental United States only. (Please note: We currently do not ship Badge Reels to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or APO/FPO addresses). While we do not offer international shipping to other countries right now, we hope to expand our shipping zones in the future!
Our preparation time depends on the specific items you ordered, as we fulfill from different locations! Handcrafted Badge Reels (from Taiwan): We need 1 to 3 business days to prepare, quality-check, and securely pack your order before it is dispatched. Apparel & Printed Accessories (from the USA): Because these items are custom-made to order, our printing partners require 2 to 5 business days to print, pack, and dispatch your items. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facilities!
Can I change something about my order and/or cancel it?
We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible, but we will do our best to help! If you need to change a shipping address, update an apparel size, or cancel your order entirely, please email us at ithacaplusreel@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Important Note: Because our apparel is custom-made to order, once a clothing item enters the printing production phase, we can no longer cancel it or change the size/color. Similarly, once our badge reels have been handed over to the postal carrier in Taiwan, the order cannot be canceled or modified. If you need to make a change, please reach out to us immediately with your Order Number and the details of your request, and we will let you know if the change is still possible!
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched from our facilities, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Simply click the link in the email to follow your package's journey! Important Note for Mixed Orders: If your order contains both apparel and a handcrafted badge reel, your items will be fulfilled from different locations. This means your order will arrive in separate packages, and you will receive multiple tracking numbers! It is completely normal for one package to arrive a few days before the other.
