Delivery times depend on which items you ordered, as we fulfill from different locations to bring you the best quality:

• Badge Reels: 1 to 3 business days to prepare and quality-check.

• Apparel & Printed Accessories: 2 to 5 business days to custom print.

Handcrafted Badge Reels (Shipped from Taiwan)

• US West Coast (e.g., CA, WA, OR): 7 to 9 business days in transit (Total wait: 8 to 12 business days).

• Other US Regions (Midwest, South, East Coast): 8 to 10 business days in transit (Total wait: 9 to 13 business days).

Apparel & Printed Accessories (Shipped from the USA)

• Continental USA: 3 to 6 business days in transit (Total wait: 5 to 11 business days).

• Alaska & Hawaii: 10 to 18 business days in transit (Total wait: 12 to 23 business days).

Important Shipping Notes

• Split Shipments: If your order contains both a badge reel and a printed item, they will ship separately from our different facilities. You will receive multiple tracking numbers, and the packages will arrive at different times.

• Estimates: Fulfillment and shipping times are estimated and subject to change. Please order well in advance if you need an item for a specific event.

• Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout to avoid any delivery issues.

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges?

All orders are final sale, and we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges. However, if there’s a problem with your order, we’ll gladly make it right.

We’re happy to help in the following situations:

• You received the wrong item.

• The item arrived damaged.

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We are unable to assist with requests made after this period or if the item has been worn or used.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide clear photos that include:

• The design on the product.

• The specific area showing the defect.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

• Regular Retail Orders: No hidden fees! We ship international retail orders to the United States Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). The final price at checkout is all-inclusive. All applicable US customs duties and standard clearance fees are fully prepaid by us. (Note: For high-value orders, our carrier may contact you for your SSN/Tax ID. This is purely a US legal requirement for clearance paperwork, not for a tax bill).

• Wholesale & B2B Orders: All bulk/B2B commercial orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU/DAP). The B2B buyer acts as the Importer of Record and is fully responsible for all US customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees upon delivery.

• US-Fulfilled Items: If you are purchasing items fulfilled from our US facilities, these are shipped domestically. No customs duties or import fees apply!
